For this project, you will develop a proposal for a hypothetical performance dashboard project at your place of work or another organization of your choosing. The final paper must incorporate concepts and techniques covered in Human Performance Technology – Measurements & Assessment Strageties and should be persuasive in nature (“sell” your project to management). The final project should be a minimum of 10 pages in length (not counting title page, abstract, and references) and written in APA format.To ensure that you are making sufficient progress on the project, there will be a few graded milestone assignments throughout the course. You will find instructions for each milestone within the appropriate modules. However, below is a breakdown of the milestones:
